THE FASHIONISTA BIBLE - By: Gilly, 18 Nov 2008
I feel Rachels book of pure glamour & inspiration opened up a whole new way of thinking viewing fashion not just as art on catwalks but good advice on how to make you feel & look like a fashionista everyday.

Its taking old school glamour & putting your own modern twist on outfits she does this so well & you can see it on the celebrities she styles such as Mischa Barton to name a few, if like me you love mixing vintage & modern then this book is for you.

Rachel Zoe is my surprise new guru! - By: C. Frost, 15 Apr 2008
I love the way lots of Rachel Zoe's clients dress, but I have to admit that I thought a book like this would give advice that would quickly date, or that I'd heard lots of times before. When I received the book I actuallly couldn't put it down, & found that it was much more useful than I imagined.

Rachel's advice is not just about dressing a certain way, its more about finding your own style that represents yourself, & injecting as much glamour as possible into our everyday lives. She makes you realise that you shouldn't feel guilty about wanting to look your best, & advises on everything from finding a 'red carpet' dress to having an inviting home. I like that there are sections on work & down-time dressing (as I think work & casual wear are more treacherous areas in reality than a big night out!) & I also like the VIP pages where some of her clients & fashion insiders give their hints & tips. It makes you realise that there is a lot of work that goes into looking great & that stars have to use hold-in pants too - they don't just wake up looking amazing! Maybe there is hope for us alll!

I think this book will be something I refer to time & time again whenever I need some inspiration on my look. I'd definately recommend it if you like the signature Rachel Zoe "look".
Good Girly Read - By: Mrs. F. C. Biddle, 28 Feb 2008
I loved this book (a great follower of HRH's Trinny & Susannah, I thought I would never be convinced by any other stylists), but I have to say I was very impressed. If you put aside Zoe's constant need to impress her own lifestyle upon you as Gospel, then here is a book full of massive energy, great pics, great ideas & pure glamour. It wont change the world - but it might get you wearing gold when you used to wear silver, or flats when you used to wear heels. She makes you think about ALL the elements of a good outfit as a basic part of getting dressed in the morning - or, way in advance of an event (a great tip which i had never found the self-respect to do prior to reading this book - always running to a store to grab the outfit which would 'have to do'). I had never set foot in a vintage store until I read this book & I am a complete convert! My advice is to definately buy the Body Shape Bible in conjunction with this book, for serious perfect dressing!
Style A to Zoe Hardback - By: J. Norman, 06 Feb 2008
I got this book for Christmas & I have to say I am unimpressed, this book offers nothing new or interesting, just the same recycled advice, & as someone who works in fashion I found it a little dull, much better off with a Trinny & Susannah book which can offer practical advice on women dressing their shape.
