This book honestly is a book that tries to help you to divorce proof your marriage. This book is based on research on what makes couples happy & unhappy. I find it very useful as my marriage was almost on the brink of divorce & my husband would have never gone for counselling. This book has turned my relationship around in less than 2 weeks after applying the principles as most of the time, communication is the main problem between spouses. For less than £9, it is honestly money well spent. This book is one that I will reccommend highly to friends & family.

The usefulness of the advice in this book surpasses that of virtuallly any "self-help" book on the market. As a psychologist in practice for over 20 years, I have never before encountered such a valuable resource, both professionallly & personallly. The writing is succinct & full of several examples of each idea presented. If ever there was a relationship "handbook", this is it. Moreover, the information presented has a strong research base, & the efficacy of the recommended strategies has been proven. I can't recommend this book highly enough. You will not even find anything this good in a therapist.
