from the beginning - great - By: Ap Nj Dorrall, 05 Feb 2004
the mercenary is a brilliant book, just what you would expect from the great author cherry adair, but what makes this book stand out is that, this is the first book from her!!
this story has everyting you expect, a reluctant hero, a damsel in distress who unbeknown to her has alll the courage locked away.this book has got action in spades & i would say that this is somewhat better than some of her later work.
i wish she had kept to this style of writing as it is simple with its story to the point that you do feel for the charactors who i feel in her last book you felt quite detatched.
I would highly reccommend this book
another very hot story from cherry adair - By: , 02 Jan 2004
Victoria was a coward - she had a bland life - eat bland food - dated bland men

but when her brother went missing in action only one man could save him - Marc the one who had sent him on the mission in the first place

Victoria was scared to death of Marc - but was more scared of lossing her brother - so when Marc said she would have to come on the mission too her life was about to be far from bland anymore..........

this is another excellent book by Cherry - if you have read one of her other books & liked it then you will love this one also - i did
