Not so much an addition to the Donovan trilogy as an enchanting footnote - after alll there was no mention of the enigmatic Liam in the previous three books - this sees the Donovan's reclusive shape-shifting cousin agonising over whether to become the head of the witches' tribe & whether or not to get it together with insecure neighbour Rowan Murray. Intense & magical but not quite as much fun as the other three books.
