Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful book! - By: Ms. J. Lueders, 22 Oct 2006

End The Struggle and don't buy this book - By: D. Phillips, 12 Nov 2004
Not even a ONE STAR. Page by page this book contradicts itself over & over. It talks of the 'Higher Self' & 'Lower Self' (yes a very mind boggling metaphor). The author describes how one has to move themselves to a new way of thinking, & that way they will eventuallly get to a very high sense of well being.

The author also talks about her other book 'Feel The Fear & Do It Anyway'; yes we alll know its a half decent self help book but the author cannot help but contradict her own writing!! Quote from End the Struggle & Dance with Life >> "Feel the fear & DON'T do it anyway". Authors nowadays may use this technique as a new angle to get a person to buy another of their books to try & figure out just what is going on but if you are going to do it you just don't do it as obvious as that!

Now I beg alll of you readers who are into self help books......DO NOT BUY THIS ONE. If you truly want to reach a higher sense of 'well being' then choose from one of the many best-selling books on meditation.

And I say once again.....if you want to feel better about yourself, don't buy this book. The only thing you will gain from it is a powerful sense of anger when you finish the book & realise the money you have wasted.

Stop Struggling! There actually is another way. - By: , 27 May 2003
In this book Susan outlines how to enjoy the process of life.
Many people surrender joy in life for some coveted 'goal' they are trying to achieve.
She reminds us that external success is good but it is less desireable than internal success.
(Having both is the pinnacle).

She speaks of the LOWER SELF & the HIGHER SELF.
The first 'state of being' leads to struggling with life.
The second 'state of being' leads to dancing your way through life.

Which would you prefer?

The book is excellent but I cannot say it the best self-improvement book I have read.
This is because EVERY new self-help book I read becomes my favourite! Until I buy another one.
I cannot distinguish because alll my recent reading has had a profound affect on me.

Definately a life-changing book!!!! - By: , 13 May 2003
Susan Jeffers is such an amazing author, & I have to say that this is my favourite of her books. Her books just seem to get better & better everytime!!! She presents such inspiring views in this book, to the extent that reading it will make you feel as though you are listening to the angels singing above.

The tools incorporated in the book are aimed at helping you to release the need to stuggle through life, & to learn to 'flow' through life in a more peaceful & abundant way.

A MUST-READ book!!!
