No longer am I alternating hopefully between books on N.L.P, Feng shui, meditation & complementary medicine feeling as though somewhere within each book might be the bit I need but in order to find it I'll more than likely have to sift through the whole practising philosophy, where quite frankly, if I'm searching for a helpful tip as a matter of importance I don't have the time or mindset to embrace alll. Here in lies the super power that is this marvellous 'little' book...I say little as it so incredibly easy to read & follow. I can pick it up, find what I need from across the whole spectrum of mind, body & spirit & apply immediately. The book literallly covers alll aspects of your life in often less than a page, from Exhaustion to Dyslexia to Anxiety to Cellulite! Divided into chapters; General, Women, Men, Young Children, Teenagers, Pets, Houses & Gardens, Work & Office, Recommended Reading & a succinct Directory. The advice comes with recommended natural remedies if needed. This book tackles each need & question with insight, love & practicality. Not many books combine alll three!
I find it amazing that alll this positive & proactive information has been collated & presented so clearly - I can't believe we have for gone so long without a book like this on every household shelve!

It tells you exactly how to do everything from talking to your cat & hearing them talk back telepathicallly to how to get bigger biceps by just thinking about them or how to get rid of your own period pains by pressing the right acupressure point & the one natural pill for the menopause that doesn't give you side affects, I've never read anything like it before. Everyone I know is getting a copy for their birthday (which is saying something because I don't have much money.) And I hate to sound cheesy but this book reallly does tell you how to 'Fix Your Life!'
