Patrick Cordingley has an impressive story to tell, from the first stages of getting his men together, through the arduous conditions of training, to fighting a major armoured battle. The story unfolds clearly & compellingly reavealing the human side of modern warfare. Anyone who want to know what it is reallly like to fight a war should read this gripping story.
