So far I have made two of the soups from the book: Carrot & Coriander & Vichyloisse to take with me to work for lunch. They have been wonderful & I've not noticed any lack of flavour due to lack of cream or huge amounts of butter.
I'm looking forward to trying out their chicken dishes & desserts next!
