2 out of 3 - By: a keeper book, 02 Dec 2007
the books in this are:
1.The Ultimate Betrayal by michelle reid
I absolutely adore this book, it makes me cry. And, for a Harlequin that is less then 60k in words it reallly hit home.
Daniel & Rachael are happily married with three children. Their life is that of a young couple fully involved in the joy & angst of raising a family. One day Rachael receives a calll telling her Daniel has been unfaithful. As a devoted wife & mother, she is devasted & heartbroken. But, can she end their marriage & end their love.
My word! This book is so good. I was crying, laughing & steaming through every word. You experience the inside of the relationship from Daniel's prospective & Rachael's prospective.
This is a wonderful book during the age where Harley books were great. Now they're just copykats, but don't let that diminish the glory of this novel. Find this at the library, buy it used...do what you have to find this book.
2.
Marriage in Jeopardy - Miranda Lee
'Somewhere along the line, I've falllen in love with my own husband!' Blake Preston's plane was missing, & Julianna was forced to admit that her husband of convenience meant everything. But, if Blake came back, there'd be no room in their practical marriage for love, & Juliana would have to go on matching Blake's cool indifference. Never mind that her heart cried out for Blake; on the surface Juliana would remain composed... wouldn't she? What about her body's own responses to her hidden feelings - would those tell-tale signs betray her to the husband she loved
3.Savage Obsession by diana hamilton
It was alll Beth's fault for agreeing to marry Charles Savage in the first place. How could she have possibly thought that she could compete with passionate flame-haired Zanna, the mother of his child? Beth had tried to make him happy, but now she had to acknowledge that their marriage was a sham. Better to end it alll with a civilised divorce & give up the struggle. But Charles didn't seem to happy with the prospect.
i love the first 2 books ,the third is okay.
i loved the novelty of the first book, which i have read over & over again.
