EXCELLENT! - By: jez.g@ukonline.co.uk, 17 Oct 2000
This is an excellent book which covers the fundamental issues of which homosexuals face today. It covers a wide range of topics ranging from topical debates, philosophical debates & also more pragmactic issues like employment & immigration. I have personallly used this book for a thesis & it had helped me through some of the most difficult aspects of human rights. As it covers three constitutions, it is a must have for any academic or homosexual person to understand the inherent rights of a homosexual & his relationship with the State. I would also strongly recommend this book to lawyers & judges alike, who should upon reading this book, understand that homosexuals should be entitled to the same right as their heterosexual counterparts.
