This is the first time I have been inspired to write any type of review. I committed a weekend to this CD & listened to it over the Saturday & Sunday. That was five weeks ago & I'm now most definitely a non-smoker. Something just clicked. I'd smoked for about 12 years & tried to give up a couple of times. It feels very different this time, & has been relatively straightforward & pain free. I would thoroughly recommend this CD to anyone who wants to kick the weed.
18 months free from nicotine! - By: Sue, 07 Jan 2008 I read this book in June 2006 after keeping it in my bedside cabinet for many months. I smoked the next day. I rang one of Allen Carr's clinics as I thought I would do better to attend to quit smoking. The lady I spoke to said read the book properly, it works, you don't need to attend a clinic. That night (with plenty of cigarettes) I read the book properly, re-reading several parts & even making notes. I had my final cigarette at 1.30am. I thought about smoking constantly for days (I played the cd's alll of the time at home, in the car, constantly. It works, I never craved for a cigarette once. Unbelievable! Several friends have stopped smoking after reading this book too. DO NOT BE AFRAID! be free from nicotine for life! It's wonderful, honest!
Fantastic ! every smoker should listen to this - By: A. diddle diddle, 15 Dec 2007 I was a smoker for 17 years, i read Easy way book & quit! I then sent the CD to my brother as I knew he was not much of a book reader but will proballly listen to it in audio.
He has smoked for years, he locked himself away in his garage & listened to the CD for 6 hours with his ciggerettes & came out a non smoker & has not smoked since 9 days now, he says he has no desire at alll to smoke & best of alll he is not agitated or grumpy! & his wife is over the moon he has quit & so am I !

I can't help smiling to myself when i see those smokers huddled outside the pub, office, shop etc, addicted to the drug of nicotine
from the moment i extinguished my last cigarette about two weeks ago i have reallly enjoyed the freedom of being a non-smoker & the process has been so easy i wonder why i never thought i could do it before i got this book.
If you smoke & you want to get free of it & dont read books much this audio cd is exactly what you need, if you prefer reading buy the book instead :-)
