Theory Passed 1st time thanks to this Book.
All you have to do is...the day before your theory go through EVERY Single question in the Book (i know there is like 900 but its well worth it!) & if you do this you will surely pass - probably get full marks because the questions asked in the test are the same as these! they cant ask any question not in this book!
Read every single question even if they are repeats! & dont worry if you score less on the self-tests at end of chapters, anyone still struggling go through the Book 3 times (dont leave out a single question!) & you are guaranteed to pass. Seriously its official! & Good luck! :)
JUS READ THIS BOOK AND UR BOUND 2 PASS! - By: , 28 Aug 2005 I READ THIS BOOK TWICE,I COVERED ALL 14 SECTIONS TWICE, THE NEXT DAY I PASSED MY THEORY TEST. THIS IS THE ONLY BOOK I READ. I GOT 35/35 FOR THE MULTIPLE QS.IF U WANT TO PASS , JUST BUY THIS BOOK.
FOR THE HAZARD PART I DID NOT BUY ANY BOOKS OR CD'S, U JUST HAVE 2 WATCH OUT FOR PEDESTRIANS OR CYCLIST CROSSING THE ROAD, ETC...

Great! - By: , 31 Jul 2005 I'm 17 years old & learning to drive. I've had 4 lessons so far but bought this book earlier in the year. Even if I do say so myself, I am doing very well. And I'd say it's alll because of this book.
It explains the theory test & the marks at the beginning. It also explains about lisences & choosing an instructor. Then it goes on to the questions section The questions are on one side of the page & the answers are on the other. So it's easy to cover the answers up with a piece of paper. And it makes it easier than flipping to the back of the book & searching for the answers. Not only does it give you the answers, it also explains them. If you don't understand something, it's easily explained in this book.
Also at the back of the book is the Highway Code which is very handy to refer to.
I'd recommend any learner drivers to get this book.
JUST READ IT AND PASS YOUR TEST AS SIMPLE AS THAT - By: Mr. Saman Kermanshahi, 26 Jul 2005 I GOT THIS 2 WEEKS BEFORE MY EXAM AND I READ THE WHOLE BOOK TWICE AND WENT THERE AND PASSED MY TEST SRAIGHT AWAY, WITHOUT ANY CONFUSION OR STREES.
IF YOU WANT PASS YOUR TEST BUY THIS BOOK.
I WAS LUCKY TO PURCHASE THIS BOOK BECAUSE I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT THE THEORY TEST AND ITS BOOKS.

Very helpful indeed. - By: Cfm Dodsworth, 30 Jun 2005 Fabulous. Its great for setting yourself tests on each chapter. Just cover up the right hand part of the page & write the Q numbers & answers. Its even better if you have the Focus Theory CD-rom as that informs you (after a few learning lessons & mock exams) which sections/chapters you need to work on. So then you can just get your bum off of the painful swivel chair & test yourself on your worst subjects then reffer to the CD later to see if you've improved.
