I just wanted to express my disappointment at the ITIL Smalll-Scale Implementation "pamphlet" which was ordered from Amazon at a cost of £35 pounds & received this morning. While I acknowledge that academic text books are notably more expensive than commercial fiction, I feel very strongly that £[...] for a one hundred page booklet is completely exhorbitant. In fact it's nothing short of shocking. I'm sure a lot of work went into this item but, quite honestly, the pricing is shameful next to the standard fair of far more comperehensive texts in various branches of ICT.
