This book is superb. As a manager for over 10 years I still found this book to be very helpful in my role.
The book keeps difficult topics as simple & clear as possible - with clear definitions on leadership & management, & practical examples & steps to take. I have tried out the steps on prioritising, developing powerful teams & streamlining - alll effectively.
Too many books waffle on & hinder more than they help. Not this title. I highly recommend this book to anyone in management, at alll levels, & those aspiring to progress in their carreers. Well worth the money.
