This publication forms part of many of the MBA programs currently available through either the classroom or through distance learning. It's value is dependant on the recipients ability to grasp concepts easily & apply their mind to differing scenarios. If you are serious about wanting to create in yourself a better style of developing both yourself & others, then this book will help you, however as a caveat, you have to be willing & able to adapt the concepts of approaches described to your own pattenr of behaviour within your environment. I found the book extremely useful in both my personal approaches to matters at home, as well as my developing relationships with both peers & those working for me in the work place.
My recommendation is to take your time & consider the material carefully.. (Consider = [latin Kata-nouo'] intensive thought)
