This book had & still has a reallly strong effect, as read in it a level of depth & understanding that alll of us think isn't understood by other people ... this author reallly lives it, has vast experience, & relates the shamanic & sometimes very isolated path to a real sense of purpose & relevance in a whole new way here & now. He encourages a deeper tuning in to the body, & I found that I would read a section of the book until something resonated strongly (he provides exercises to do too) & then integrate that - in other words there was so much good learning & realisations happening as journeyed along with it, that had to not read it alll at once .... which was hard to do! Very shamanic & organic. I'd recommend this to anyone; not often that you find a book that REALLY has something to say, & relates to those things you think can't be related to. Written very engagingly & a very fascinating read/manual to keep & reread.
