This is a wonderful little book that teaches the over stimulated, over controlled, over schooled & over medicated children in the twenty first century how to find a delightful world of wonder & inspiration inside their own minds & within their own resources. The stories alll start with the same format that graduallly relieves the child of their day to day emotional burdens & frees them to enjoy the delights of the imagination. It is an excellent book for alll children & especiallly poor sleepers, children with night terrors or nightmares, hypperactive or worried ones. My children loved it when they were younger- & so did I.
