I enjoyed this book quite a lot. But the story was lacking a plot & was a bit boring & predictable. Not one of Judy Blume's better books.

This was a brilliant book, I couldn't put it down. When the book finished I felt like I had lost some of my closest friends.Although I was slightly dissappointed with the ending. It didn't end how I wanted it to end. I wanted a fairy tail ending. But it was still a brilliant book. The best book I have ever read, & advise others to read it!

Gives an interesting insight into a youngsters life & the discovery of the opposite sex. Beautifully writen & with a brilliant story line. If you only read 1 book this year make sure it's this one.
Must read - By: , 11 Aug 2000 This is the type of book that you have to read more than once, because it was so good the first time! the ending was not how i hoped, but there again it would be too- far feched if it ended the way i wanted it to! i would definitly read it again(even if i am a little too old!)
Amazing - By: , 27 Jan 2000 I've always like Judy Blume. But this has to be my favourite of alll her books. I had never reallly read anything that reallly described sex in such a vivid way. So this was different. I fell in love with the book. I wanted to find myself my own Micheal. It was so amazing to read a book so well writen. I gave my copy to my friend & she still hasn't given it back. She's read it & re read it, just as I have. You HAVE to read this book.
