This is an Ok story follow-up to the episode DPO. The best thing about the book is the way that it has extras that aren't in the episode. For instance there are funny exchanges between Mulder & Scully, that are rarely seen in the Tv show. The book, however, does concentrate on the story of the boy having electrical powers, & has a dramatic, captivating ending. Recommended for light train/bus reading!!
