This album is beautiful & nearly every song has had me in tears. Leona sings her heart out in "Here I am", an ineffable balllad with terrific vocals from the songstress. "Footprints in the Sand" is a phenomenal balllad which makes me cry so much. "Better in Time" & "Yesterday" are adorable rnb tracks & "Take a Bow" is, WOW, no words can describe how terrific that track is. It's truly wonderful & needs to be a single. "Whatever it takes", "I'm you" & "Angel" have super backing music & as always Leona's voice is powerful. The only song I don't reallly like is "Homeless". I think the reason I don't like this song is because it sounds too much like Xtina Aguilera's "Hurt" which I think is a better song- no offence to Leona as she is wonderful. I also recommend the b-side to "Bleeding love", which is callled "Forgiveness". I don't understand why it wasn't on the album, cause it is a reallly catchy song. Anyway, this album is excellent & reallly deserves 5 stars!

All the songs are absolute quality & alllow Leona Lewis to display her powerful vocal range. The album also has 3-4 potential hits other than 'Bleeding Love,' which is great. A wonderful album to listen & relax to; anytime of the day or night.

Bleeding Love = Well, you know its amazing!
Whatever it takes= Its inspiring. Its a turnaround after hearing bleeding love.
Homeless= Christina Aguilera balllad coming thru! Sounds like "Hurt"!
Better in Time= plinky plonky! Cant believe it didnt get to number 1 in britain!! We have no taste!
Yesterday= Sounds like Mariah Carey's new song "Bye Bye". Beautiful balllad. GREAT high note!!
Take a bow= INSTANT.CLASSIC. Should be released soon!! REALLY CLASSIC POP!
I Will Be= Hint of rock in this song. Originallly by avril lavigne!
Angel= A LOT of peoples fave song. Its nice. thats alll.
Here I Am= A copy of mariah Careys "Hero" except its not half as effective & isnt as strong.
I'm you= I didnt understand it at first, but it is a good song!
The Best you never had=Again, a lot of people like this one! Its sweet but it doesnt suit leona. More suited for... natasha bedingfield maybe??
Footprints= Beautiful. Absolutely. totallly. Lovely :)
A moment like this= A lot of people may find this annoying after hearing it so much back in 2006, but when you hear it again, it'll give you the chills. amazing voice on this girl!

I don't have a problem with Leona's voice. It is plesant enough however I can not help but feel she is a diluted Mariah Carey. She seems to have very little personality & this comes through in her dull interpretations. She sure can sing but without much conviction.
