It is not surprising that this CD contains many of his most recognisable themes and, from his masses, the most popular of selections. Therefore this CD is difficult to fault; it delivers what is expected & the result is a thoroughly enjoyable set of recordings. There are no real surprises here but as a compilation it is thoroughly recommended even if you prefer the complete works that probably reside within your CD collection .
