Great to have them back! - By: , 16 Aug 2002
I'm sure there will be mixed reviews for this, but I absolutely love it! It takes a couple of listens to it, but after a while it gets addictive. As I write this I have it constantly looping in my headphones.

Its a good blend of old & new. Yes it harks back to mid-90's classic prodigy material, even with a smalll firestarter mix thrown in, but it has a newer beat & sound. It certainly makes a refreshing change from the wagon loads of eurotrance rubbish out there. Its a marriage between the best of (punk)rock & dance/rave.

I cannot wait for the album!

They're Back - By: , 08 Jul 2002
Well it works for me, I don't care what the critics say. If you're more punk orientated you'll love the std mix, for those into their older stuff the instrumental will keep you grinning from start to finish......word of advice, it could be dangerous to listen to this behind the wheel!

Can't wait till Reading!!

Don't be put off by the sub-standard radio edit.

almost 5 years and nothing new - By: , 02 Jul 2002
ok, my english is not perfect so i'll try to make it short.

if you've heard the other albums,i think it's impossible
after almost 5 years not to expect something new, some sort of evolution, but no. this single "baby's got a temper" as nothing
new:(

Even if this lack off inspiration, wasn't a problem. The single itself sounds like a prodigy song, but not as good as u might expect it to be.(after 5 years)

good things:
- a typical agressive prodigy song

Bad things:
- a song that could have been in their last album 5 years ago, nothing new.

-Even if u've never heard prodigy, & this type off sound is new
to you, it is not reallly a good song. If the prodigy to u are just those guys who made "firestarter" & "breathe". don't expect this single to be as good.

this is just my opinion.

living up to their name - By: , 19 Jun 2002
In a word, I'd describe this new single as unstoppable. Instantly prodigy demand the listeners attention starting with haunting chimes, & they hold up their amazing pace throughout the track. The vocals are great punk style, & have hard-hitting lyrics like, "your not worthy!" & "jus' like yer right 'ole family!"
For those who are a fan of prodigy, & haven't heard much of their new stuff, judging from this single they are just as hardcore, punk & techno as ever; don't ever doubt these guys.
I only wish i was going to Reading to see them...

Best British band. Ever.

Excellent New Material - By: , 31 May 2002
Being a life long fan of prodigy since their release of What Evil Lurks on the rave scene, in comparison to their first stuff it's quite amazing how Liam's styles have changed over time.

This has a rockier sound but you can definitely hear that it's drawn alll kinds of elements from previous tunes but it still sounds new.

Unsurprisingly, it features Keith belting out his lyrics in the usual fashion, neither rapping nor singing, but kind of rhythmicallly shouting. When I first heard this I wasn't so sure I liked it & wanted to hear the instrumental version, but you soon find that without Keith, the track just isn't complete.

It's got a great structure to it & I think Prodigy are going straight to the top with it. Nicely done & can't wait for the rest of the tunes.
