There can only be one - By: Dr. Steven M. Jones, 17 Nov 2003
I'm biased cos I love the JH Band,For me Jeff Healey is one of the best guitarits ever. This album lets the band show they can rock as well as play great blues as in the previous cd 'see the light'. Mark Knopfler & George Harrison appear on the Album..I need not say more..just check it out.
yet another brilliant album from jeff healey - By: N. Clay, 24 May 2001
"How long can a man be strong"? The real question is, how long can a man keep producing classic albums? This second album is in many ways superior to the band's first attempt, "See the Light", which just shows how the group began to develop into something greater at a very early stage. From the brilliant previously mentioned Mark Knopfler song, to Healey's reworking of George Harrison's classic "While My Guitar Gently Weeps", this shows that Jeff Healey can take already-classic tunes & make them a whole lot better. Also, the six Healey Band originals on this CD prove that not only can this dude play guitar, but he is a songwriting genius. If you liked the first one, get this now. If you haven't heard the first one, or indeed any other Jeff Healey albums, I would recommend that you first buy "The Best of the Jeff Healey Band", then you buy the six other albums on offer, including this one.
